Today we pause to honor the strength of those living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
PTSD is not a weakness, it is a human response to overwhelming experiences and healing is possible.

โœจ Whether trauma came from military service, abuse, accidents, loss, or other life events. Every journey through PTSD is unique, and every step toward healing matters.

You are not alone.
Support is available. Healing can take many forms: talk therapy, movement, mindfulness, connection with animals, community, and more.

If today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself.
If you're supporting someone with PTSD, thank you for walking beside them.

On a hot day like today, staying hydrated is more important than ever, not just for your body, but for your mind too.

Even mild dehydration can impact mood, concentration, and emotional regulation. Feeling foggy or irritable? It might be time for a water break.

โœจ Mental health tip of the day:
Refill your water bottle. Sip slowly. Rest in the shade. Give your nervous system the support it needs, especially in the heat.
