Due to the increase in "no call/no shows", we at Zen Nail Spa have implemented a new booking policy. Any parties of 3 or more persons are now required to pay upfront 50% security deposit.
If these parties do not show up without calling then they would lose that deposit.
Our nail technicians are very busy and are doing their best to accommodate everyone, but when people make appointments and do not have the courtesy to call cancel or reschedule then our employees suffer.
We are open today from 9:30 am to 7pm for all of your holiday nail services needs!!!
