If you’d eat more like your ancestors would’ve eaten, you will regain your health. This just makes sense to me. The more nutrient dense food you eat, the less you have to eat, the more energy you get, the more your brain lights up. Essentially you become an efficient, adaptable human being. You require less, but produce more…in every way.

These plants are the OGs of under appreciated resiliency and beauty. They are not the focus of attention and are perfectly comfortable not being. Their subdued and discreet appearance allow these overlooked plants to have the unwavering ability to thrive in the unforgiving, and are completely dedicated to their purpose, no matter who or what gets in their way. Neither one overtaking the other, but rather building a supportive network to help each other thrive and provide stability for each other in a tough world. They might not attract everyone, and they certainly have no interest in impressing everyone, but they attract the honest and appreciative, and that is good enough for them.

Wonder how you can prepare your immune system for the coming fall and winter months? Soaking in Magnesium should be the first step. It’s safe for all, including the autoimmune.
