Painted Rose is looking for a Part-Time Client Relations & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a remote independent contractor (1099) position and is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with clients.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering client inquiries
• Scheduling estimates
• Following up with leads and past estimates
• Managing CRM updates
• Assisting with social media posting
• Requesting client reviews
• General administrative support

What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Highly organized and dependable
✔ Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✔ Strong follow-through and time management
✔ Customer service and/or administrative experience preferred

Position Details:
• $22-$25 /HR (depending on experience)
• Remote
• Flexible schedule
• 15–20 hours per week
• Performance bonuses available
