Day Shift June 11: B Squad
26-005414-6700 BLK Ringgold Road-Vandalism
While checking surrounding businesses for the vandalism suspect from 26-005413, police located several vehicles that had been vandalized in the service center parking lot; no suspect information is available at this time, report on file.
26-005422-200 BLK Eads Street- Disorder Prevention
Police stood by at the address listed while a party gathered her belongings from her now ex-girlfriend's apartment. She vacated the residence without an issue.
26-005428 - 1600 BLK Dupont Street - Suspicious Person
ERPD responded to the area after a concerned resident reported a male with no shirt or shoes and wearing black shorts was walking down the street looking into mailboxes and was possibly intoxicated. Patrol located the man at the apartments and determined he was not intoxicated but operating on another plane of existence. Officers then relocated him back to his grandmother's residence. At the time, he did not appear to be a danger to himself or others and was left in the care of his grandmother.
26-005430- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road- Narcotics violation
A man was found unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking. Upon being removed from the vehicle, suspected fentanyl fell from his waistband. He displayed signs of narcotic impairment and was transported by EMS. Warrants for DUI and Possession of Fentanyl were sought.
26-005431 – 1600 BLK Dupont Street - Assist Other Agency
Police returned to this address approximately thirty minutes after the previous call after Behavioral Health requested police assistance with a mental health evaluation. The service spoke with the party and, through their communication, determined he required hospitalization. The party was transported at their request.
26-005435- 75 NB 2.5MM- Back other Agency
ERPD assisted Chattanooga PD in locating a white van after a caller reported children inside were displaying a sign reading, "Help, we are trapped and kidnapped." The vehicle was located at the above-mentioned location. The driver, who was transporting a church youth group from Alabama, advised that two juveniles in the rear of the van had made the sign as a prank. Chattanooga PD responded and took over the investigation.
Night Shift June 11: D Squad
26-005442- 1500 BLK Greenslake Road- Civil Disorder
ERPD was dispatched regarding a possible argument. Once the officer arrived and spoke with the two sisters outside, they advised that they were playing music and dancing. The officer spoke with some individuals inside the residence to confirm there was no disorder. Once it was determined that there was no disorder, the officer returned to service.
26-005443- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service
Warrants were served on the suspect upon his release from treatment. The warrants were for DUI and possession of Fentanyl. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
26-005444- 3300 BLK Blackhawk Trail– Unknown Trouble
ERPD was dispatched to Blackhawk Trail regarding an unknown 911 call. While underway, the RP called stating the kids were playing with a parent's phone and that there was no need for law enforcement, fire, or EMS.
26-005445 - 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway - Intoxicated Person
A party was trespassed at the request of management following an altercation with staff. * PR. 26-000123
26-005447 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road - Property Damage
A passerby reported seeing a semi-truck pulling a lime green container rear-end a utility pole in the parking lot before leaving the scene. A downed power line was observed lying across the parking lot, and EPB responded to remove the cable. No serious damage was observed to the utility pole. Police were unable to obtain surveillance footage due to the late hour and were advised to return in the morning.
26-005448 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service
Officers served a male suspect with two forfeiture capias warrants while he was in custody at Hamilton County Jail. The original charges were possession of methamphetamine for resale and possession of ma*****na.
26-005449 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Miscellaneous
ERPD was dispatched to a possible hit and run for a white Ford F-150 leaving the gas station. The caller stated the truck hit a sign in front of a nearby restaurant. Officers responded, noticing a sign with damaged legs that was still standing. It was believed that the damage was old or intentional, to match the restaurant's theme. A mailbox in front of the sign was undamaged. There was no other damage observed to the building. The Ford F-150 was not located, and Catoosa County was given the BOLO for that vehicle.
26-005450 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road - Disorder
Staff reported that an intoxicated female was opening food inside the store and eating before paying. When staff confronted her, the woman became belligerent. The suspect's sister was present and de-escalated the situation, agreed to pay for all items, and escorted her sister home without further incident.
26-005451 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious Party
ERPD responded to an unconscious employee who had passed out behind the bar. Upon arrival, the employee was breathing and conscious, advising that she had an extensive medical history and that this had happened before. The scene was turned over to EMS, who transported her to a local hospital.

Day Shift June 9: A Squad
26-005351- 6900 BLK Wake Robin Drive- Alarm
Police responded to this address regarding an alarm that had been triggered. The homeowner advised it was accidental.
26-005352- 100 BLK Douglas Drive- Backup Fire
Police responded to this address regarding a lift assist.
Night Shift June 9: C Squad
26-005362 – 3700 BLK Larry Lane – Well Being Check
The reporting party stated that the subject was acting erratic in the restaurant and sending strange text messages. Police Officers located the party at her residence and discussed the situation. She told Police that she was upset about being terminated from her position at the restaurant. She further stated she was only acting out and making statements to get her former supervisor’s attention and denied that she wanted to her hurt herself or anyone else.
26-005363 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Business Alarm
Police Officers were dispatched for a motion alarm in the donation center. While enroute to the location, the Hamilton County Dispatch Center contacted the store manager and found the alarm was accidental. ERPD confirmed the accidental activation and went back into service.
26-005364 – 900 BLK Belvoir Hills Drive – Theft from Vehicle
A resident reported that an unknown individual entered his vehicle the previous evening and took several small items. He did not want a Police report for the incident, only to make law enforcement aware of the incident.
26-005372 – 5300 BLK Clemons Road– Domestic Disorder
Police Officers responded to the report of a domestic disorder at this residence. On scene, ERPD quickly located the apartment when they heard an adult male and an adult female yelling at each other. Police spoke with both individuals and found no evidence of an assault. The couple agreed to separate for the night.
26-005373 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Activity
A concerned citizen reported an audible alarm at the Camp Jordan maintenance yard. Police responded to the location and immediately heard a loud beeping noise. Patrol checked the maintenance buildings and equipment but did not find the source of the noise. A Police Officer eventually determined the source of the noise was a discarded smoke alarm that have been thrown in a portable dumpster.
26-005374 – 3700 BLK Wiley Avenue – Residential Alarm
Police Officers responded to a residential burglar alarm with motion detected in a bedroom. On scene, Police found no signs of forced entry and all doors and windows appeared to be locked.
26-005375 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person
Employees reported that a male customer appeared to be intoxicated and they were concerned about his wellbeing. Police located the male and identified him. It was determined that he had been drinking alcoholic beverages, but he was not yet a danger to himself or the public. The party agreed to get a room at a local hotel for the night.
