We plant churches with indigenous pastors who are excited to grow God’s Kingdom.

Please keep Pastor Nesly and the church in Croix-des-Bouquets (pictured) in your prayers. Violent gangs are taking control of Port-au-Prince and the surrounding cities, and Croix-des-Bouquets is amongst those affected.

Pastor Nesly writes, "We live the worse situation in our life. Since one week we can't leave our house. Gangs fight for the control of the area. Some of us already left the zone but now it is more difficult for us because gangsters control all the road to leave and they are so violent all of people are dead in this situation. Thanks God we don't have members at church yet, but some leave their house without having destinations. Some sleep with children without food and water under the moon. Please pray that God allows us to leave the trouble zone and go in safety. And take the control of the zone for peace to come back."

We pray for safety and for peace to be restored in Haiti, especially for those in Croix-des-Bouquets at this time. May God have His way in this country, and may lives be transformed because of His security in the midst of turmoil.

What an awesome work the Lord is doing in Haiti! Summit Planting Initiative Haiti currently has nine churches and is always open to where God is leading His next churches to be planted.

After the earthquake in Haiti in August 2021, SPI Haiti rallied volunteers for mission trip to the affected region of the country. Through these trips, Pastor Abraham (Regional Director and Senior Pastor of Harvest Jacmel) formed a relationship with Pastor Levy RICHÉ, the pastor of a church in Les Cayes. In early 2022, it became clear God was paving the way for Pastor Levy to join the SPI Haiti family.

As of March, Pastor Levy RICHÉ has officially been accepted, admitted, and welcomed as a student in the new Training Center session! He began his training on March 14th (pictured), and that will continue through June 26th. His church in Les Cayes will be a key institution for SPI Haiti's actions and coordination in the southwestern region of the country.

We are excited for all God has in store for Pastor Levy and his church in Les Cayes!
