The MSU Didactic Program in Dietetics is approved by the American Dietetic Association for meeting the minimum academic requirements for professionally qualified Dietitians. The courses offered provide quality experience that builds knowledge while encouraging the use and demonstration of previous knowledge. This includes ability in foodservice management systems and nutrition assessment and care.
