Now Hiring: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Navigator – Oregon

BCT Partners is hiring a full-time Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Navigator to support 125 diverse participants in Oregon’s Community-Centered EMS Training Pathway. Funded by the Oregon Health Authority’s HOWTO Grant, this statewide initiative expands and diversifies Oregon’s EMS workforce—especially in rural and underserved communities—through a partnership of Oregon-based community colleges, Metro West Ambulance Family of Companies, workforce boards, and culture-specific organizations. The EMT Navigator will provide personalized, trauma-informed support to help students overcome barriers, complete training, and transition into EMS careers. Ideal candidates have experience in student support, workforce development, or EMT/public safety fields, and a passion for advancing equity in healthcare careers.

Position Highlights:

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + full benefits
Remote and Oregon-based with in-state travel
