Yoga is more than fancy bends and twists. I practiced physical asana for 20 years before enrolling in my 200YTT and then my 300YTT. 🪷 My teacher training journey expanded my practice to heal parts of my mind and soul that I didn’t even know needed healing. I truly do not know if I would have gotten through the last few years of my life without the profound gift of yoga. Life is tricky, but the tools I learned through my teacher trainings and the community of people at Whitman Wellness Center have sustained me through some of the darkest moments with love, light, and endless support. 🩷 Jennifer Petricig
