We’re BACK! Our last Proj8ct Unbroken Teens session was a huge success. We are ecstatic to bring back another 6-week session beginning June 6!

We will meet at on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00p-2:30pm

Proj8ct Unbroken Teens is a 6-week course designed for teen girls ages 13-17. Each class will consist of a 45 min workout led by a certified fitness trainer as well as 45 min of group therapy led by a licensed mental health counselor. We will discuss topics such as self-esteem, safe relationships, anxiety and other pertinent teen topics. Your teen will gain skills to help them set boundaries, cope with big emotions, gain self esteem, and communicate more effectively.

The fee for this 6-week session is $350. Payment plans accepted if necessary. $100 deposit will hold your teen’s spot.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce a long-awaited passion project called Proj8ct Unbroken TEENS!

This 6-week program begins Sept 12 and will take place at on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm.

Proj8ct Unbroken Teens is specially designed for teen girls get together to workout, connect, journal and work in group-style therapy with a licensed fitness professional and a licensed mental health counselor.

Each 90-min class will take place in a fun and safe environment where your teen can get a solid workout, then discuss topics with her peers such as vulnerability, integrity, healthy relationships, grit, body image, nutrition, confidence and MORE.
