TODAY is the last day of the Quarter Finals friends! In order to move on I need to be in 1st place. I’m currently in 5th.

I bought this shirt about 6 years ago when it truly embodied my daily life. I was “living the dream” - Waking up every day to teach at my yoga studio that I created and owned, working full time in fitness and wellness as an entrepreneur, helping people become healthier, happier versions of themselves all day long. This is my purpose, this is my dream.

Sometimes when we are in it, we don’t realize how well we have it. The last 5 years or so I’ve hit a few obstacles and stumbled through some challenges. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the difficulties, to get a “why me” attitude and to lose site of your vision. To forget how good it can be and instead accept the monotony of a life that is mediocre. To lose the hope that you can absolutely live the life of your dreams!

Well, I put this shirt back on today because I am done settling for mediocre. I’m done letting my precious time in this life waste away on meaningless work. My purpose and dream are calling, my determination is back and my heart is full.

Watch out Boise, ID - big things are going to be happening. I’m back in full force. Here to live the life I’m meant to live! Hold me to it! xo
