A 60 person Randomized trial (Journal of Medical Sciences 2018) identified better improvement in neck pain and disability when the cervical denneroll is added to a standard physical therapy intervention program for chronic non-specific neck pain.
Treatment was applied 3 x per week for 8 weeks = 24 sessions.
Summary Statement
"This study discovers the effect of Denneroll orthotic
traction tool in combination of traditional physical therapy
program that can be beneficial for rehabilitation of cervical
lordosis in cases of nonspecific neck pain. "

In Loving Memory of and Dedication to the late Dr. Donald D. Harrison DC, PhD, MSE: 1946-2011. https://idealspine.com/about-the-founder/
Today would have been my late father's 76th birthday. Its Fitting today, on May 11th, that our new CBP publication has just been finalized for publication. Our entire research team has been working tirelessly on several projects recently. However, to me, the most important was this one:
"An Introduction to Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®) Technique: A Full Spine Rehabilitation Approach to Reducing Spine Deformities."
Deed E. Harrison and Paul A. Oakley.
DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5772/intechopen.1026
(Note the DOI is not active yet but will be in the next couple weeks.)
This Peer-reviewed chapter will be published by InTechOpen as part of the new book: "Complementary Therapies" edited by
Professor Mario Bernardo-Filho.
The chapter is dedicated to the legacy and memory of my father.
This new contemporary CBP Chapter provides an exemplary updated overview of the CBP corrective care approach and summarizes the evidence that spine correction yields superior long-term outcomes as compared to non-corrective spine treatment methods. This evidence would not be possible without my colleague, friend, and research collaborative partner: Professor Ibrahim Moustafa.
I offer a few snippets of this chapter for your viewing and once it is accessible online you will be able to download it at Intechopen.
I also offer a few snippets of his 'non-peer-reviewed writings' for insight into the man he was. While he authored numerous scientific manuscripts, text books and such, he also wrote over 100 trade journal articles of which he approached these with a colorful scientific approach: He never shied from debate or calling a spade a spade. He was a rare breed.
My father was my best friend, my mentor, and of course my Dad! I miss him dearly almost everyday, but his work is his legacy that will live on through all of his publications, teachings, students, friends, and family. As for me, it is a great honor to have had him pass the torch of his life's work to me and place such trust in me to lead Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) Technique and the men and women that hold true to the science, philosophy and art of spine correction.
Sincerely,
Deed E. Harrison

#6. Our newest CBP NonProfit research publication just hit the press! I know, I know you might think this is getting old, or that it’s not a big deal to publish 6 peer reviewed articles by Feb 2022— BUT ITS HUGE!
Congrats to Miles Fortner, TJ Woodham, Paul Oakley and I.

This case report show cases CBP corrective care techniques for the rehabilitation of a cervical kyphosis and leg length inequality in a chronic headache suffer.
Importantly,
1. Radiographic imaging identified true spine subluxation/ displacements in this patient
2. These subluxations were identified to be a main factor in her pain and suffering
3. Correction of the cervical kyphosis and leg length inequality were found to improve her pain, health status and disability.
4. 25 total corrective care treatments were administered and 1x month supportive care for 2.5 years indicate it is not a quick fix- healing takes time and commitment.
5. Results were maintained at 2.5 year follow-up indicating stability of the patients improvements.
Awesome!
Enjoy.
