One of my favorite parts of the design process is helping clients find the perfect balance between beauty and function.
For this home, preserving the view was important, but so was creating a softer, more comfortable quality of light throughout the space.
We selected Lutron’s Natural Selection fabric for all of the front-facing windows to create a clean, uniform appearance from the exterior while still achieving the performance the homeowner needed inside.
Paired with black anodized Palladiom shades, the result feels intentional, architectural, and timeless.
The best shade selections don’t force you to choose between function and beauty—they deliver both.

The exposed hardware of Palladiom was intentionally designed to be seen — elegant, minimal, and architectural — transforming a window treatment into a statement piece. Paired with warm brass accents and luxurious textile layering, the result is understated sophistication with everyday comfort.

To elevate the experience even further, this project also features a high-performance outdoor audio system by Ambisonic — adding another layer of ambiance to an already immersive space. 🎶
