We are looking for someone who is HAPPY, FRIENDLY & HONEST to join our
team and take us to the next level. You must enjoy meeting and talking to people and have a GENUINE CARING ATTITUDE. This position is transitional and is a path to grow into a Service Advisor, paid training would begin immediately. Compensation would increase after training is complete (generally ~6 months)
You will have both personal and on the phone interaction with customers.

Position duties include, but not limited to:
Greet customers
Process vehicle intake
Process parts and materials intake
Constant open communication
Answering Phones
Greeting and Being Kind to Customers
Making "Thank you" phone calls
Making "Next Appointment" reminder phone calls
TRAIN TO WRITE SERVICE ESTIMATES

GUARANTEED 40 HOUR MINIMUM WORK WEEK

No prior experience in the automotive industry is required. Both guys and gals are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a customer service and fast pace environment are a plus. Prior sales experience a plus. All proper training will be provided that is necessary to be successful in this position.

Our Foreman’s responsibilities would include overseeing and training technicians, ensuring quality of work, and communicating with and between technicians and service advisors.
