Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) can be used to stay physically and mentally fit during retirement.

Studies show that through HBOT treatments, you can improve cognitive function at an old age. The study posted in the journal, Aging, demonstrates the positive effects HBOT treatment has on cellular health in aging individuals. The study concluded that HBOT increases telomere length by more than 20% and decreases cellular senescence by as much as 37%. With both being key for cellular health, this creates positive results for cognitive function.
