Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is currently seeking a 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺. The successful candidate is self-motivated, personable, and thrives in an ever-changing work environment. The community liaison is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community as well as educating the community on hospice services. If you are a strong team player, comfortable with conflict management, and looking for a challenging opportunity, you might be a great fit for this role.

If you have a referral please make sure to call, we do not always receive faxed referrals during weekend hours. EPIC still notifies us during the weekend hours, but a phone call helps the process move along much quicker.
