Join us on Wednesday, July 15 or Thursday, August 6 at 10:30 am to catch the Bike Bus!Always wanted to try out the Oak Ridge Bike Bus? Join us with your family this summer for some bonus **summer family rides** to Oak Ridge for lunch (where kids eat free), followed by some outdoor play either on the playground or in the forest, before riding back. Don’t live nearby? Throw the bikes in the car, or bike to the route, even if you need to backtrack. For summer rides, no sign up is necessary. So if you ever wanted to try the Bike Bus on a non-school day before signing up, this is an easy and fun way to check out the trail, meet other families, and see how the Bike Bus works!

*As per the rules of our family rides, all children must ride with an adult family member, and all children and adults must wear a helmet.

Today was a beautiful day to try the Oak Ridge Bike Bus. If you are interested in trying it out, the next ride will be on Wednesday, July 15 at 10:30 am. Ride with us to school, have lunch (free lunch program at Oak Ridge), play on the playground, and ridge back to Rahn Athletic Fields. Look for our next post for more details!

Our April PTO meeting will be held on May 13th from 6:30 – 7:30 in the school library. Our guest speaker will be Kelly Palmer who will be talking about the Conversation Crew - Student Leadership at Oak Ridge. We welcome all families to participate.
