Minnesota COPE Program

- Award multiple scholarships to students annually, through fundraising efforts.

- Provide scholars with ACT/SAT College Prep Mentoring Classes, and assist them in post-secondary enrollment.

- Coordinate and involve scholars with volunteer community service opportunities to enhance their leadership skills.
