What a week! Coming back from vacation and securing a total of 2 Million in sales! Biggest win from this was securing an off market deal that I was able to help both buyers and sellers. We were able to get both sides what they wanted, and move forward to the closing table.

we are finally making our way through the purchase agreement, to the end! Important facts to know about the final pages of the purchase agreement are following:
🕵🏼‍♀️Dual Agency- if applicable, what is handled and discussed to each party
💵FIRPA- Non citizen tax holdings needed
➕Addendums- additional documents needed to go with the PA
✍🏼 Signatures- final signature with final date of purchase.

Next few weeks we will go over additional addendums and steps in purchasing.
