To kick off our series, meet Mark Harrist, one of our talented landscape designers! Get to know the creative mind behind some of our projects! 🌱

🌿Growing up exploring the Texas Hill Country sparked his love for the outdoors and inspired his path to becoming a landscape designer.

🐗 Following this inspiration, Mark attended the University of Arkansas to study landscape architecture. (Woo Pig Sooie!)

🌳At Old North State, he’s passionate about creating designs that connect people to their spaces in meaningful ways.

🐾When he’s not designing, you can find him hiking, playing disc golf or ultimate frisbee, hitting the gym, or hanging with his cat, Allora!
