Launched on Earth Day, April 22, 2011, the Triangle Meatless Monday (TMM) campaign is part of an international initiative (Meatless Monday) to encourage healthier and sustainable eating, one step at a time. Students of Duke University have now started a campaign to institute the program on campus.
Duke students: interested in helping a student-run egg-free campus initiative? 500 colleges are already on board and have switched to egg-free mayo and cookie products -- would be great to help Duke next.
