Life's too short to go another day without trying this 😍 Fried Pork Belly - A house favorite! Chef Roberto takes pasture-raised pork belly and cuts it into small pieces before seasoning it with our dry brine. Just before serving it to you, the pork bell is deep fried in lard, and served with our housemade Papa Bull Sauce for an extra kick.
