Nature's pallet of color and it's intensity is infinite. Watercolor is an unforgiving medium, but I choose to use it , because it mirror's nature's colors'
My subject matter can per personal, as in "Alcan House". My parents had their wedding reception in the hotel, the facade of which is visible on the left of the painting. Or, purely a visual contrast of colors, as in "Tangled Patience".

I will do a watercolor painting of the photograph with the most votes. A random drawing will be done during “Durham Spring ArtWalk” at “The Exotique”. April 30 2016.
