Join us in welcoming Executive Chef Robert Solis back to the University Club! 👨‍🍳✨

This is a full-circle moment for us. Chef Robert previously served as Sous Chef at the UClub from 2013 to 2014 and returns with over a decade of leadership experience and a renewed culinary vision.

Rooted in his Italian heritage and shaped by classical French training at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Robert’s approach blends technique, soul, and a deep respect for tradition. His career has taken him across fine dining, steakhouses, resorts, and large-scale culinary operations, giving him a versatility that shines on every plate.

A combat veteran, Chef Robert brings discipline, heart, and a true passion for hospitality to the kitchen, always with family and community at the center of his work.

His new menus launch this week, and we can’t wait for our members and guests to experience what’s to come. Join us at the Club to welcome Chef Robert and enjoy his debut dishes on the 17th floor. 🍽️🥂 



This one’s for the girls! 🥂 Our Galentine’s Night Out is happening Thursday, February 12th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and it’s shaping up to be a WICKED fun girls’ night. 💕💚

Join us for an evening of food, drinks, Bingo, and a screening of Wicked: For Good, complete with a delicious spread of hors d’oeuvres to snack on while you watch. Bring your sisters, aunties, daughters, best friends, and anyone who loves a good night out with the ladies! ✨

Bingo games will be happening throughout the night with prizes like bottles of wine, UClub gift certificates, beauty goodies, and more. 🥂🎁
