When trying to let go of the false self, reflection becomes one of our greatest gifts. When the false self is in control, there is justification, there is denial, there are lies. However when we give ourselves space to look through the lens of our true self reflection becomes one of our greatest tools in seeing where the false self tries to take control. The true self moves slower, it doesn't need to justify it doesn't need to strive. The true self is free to reflect without shame, without condemnation.
