• Bring water - it's going to be hot!
• Don't bring anything you can't run with

DukeBOLD 2017 Keystone Application Keystone teams will be announced at our meeting on October 18th (after the workout) and we'll require the first of two non-refundable deposits of $~400-500 (depending on trip) by noon on October 29th.
