We’re excited to announce the start of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗗𝘂𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. 10 outstanding Duke University School of Nursing (DUSON) staff members have been nominated to participate in a year-long journey of growth and leadership.🌟

From March 2026 through February 2027, participants will build and strengthen key skills in 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙗𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, and many other competencies essential for leading teams at Duke.
