We don't have much. We wear used clothes, cook our own food, and we work lots of hours to pay medical bills. But we're grateful for our trademarked logo and motto registered with the United States Trademark and Patent Office.

Today we met our original fundraising goal of $1,000.00 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Thank you to all my donors and supporters. I will literally carry your names on my chest and on my neck while Running for MS.
For those of you who have not yet donated, here is My Story: Before it's too late...
When I was 23 years old, I lost my sight. They told me it was MS. I gained my vision back within a couple of weeks, in addition to a grand sense of urgency to get things done before it's too late...before I ended up in a wheelchair, before a premature death.
So I went to graduate school, I had four kids and worked hard in my career. Now that I am in my midforties, the one big thing left on my to-do list is to run a race.
These past twenty years, I received excellent medical care and the unconditional support of family, friends and colleagues. Because of their prayers and the advances of modern medicine, I can run a race after suffering from cumulative multiple sclerosis brain lesions over the past two decades.
Now, I will run this race to raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society so that young people who are recently diagnosed with MS can also enjoy a full and productive life, supported by their communities, empowered with scientific progress and blessed with faith to keep moving forward.
