This customer in Southeast Durham, NC wanted to enlarge the living area downstairs for their property.

The addition involved the addition of a 280 square feet area that sits on a turnaround concrete slab. The existing load-bearing exterior walls were demolished and replaced with LVL headers to properly handle the loading conditions.

Other feature of this addition:
- Venetian Plaster paint for all walls
- Electrical wiring for 2 beautiful chandeliers and 4 recessed lights.
- New windows distributed properly to keep the area well lit during the daytime
- Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring

The project was completed with a Durham county Permit/Inspections process.
