That feeling when realize you’re coming to Durango Derby this weekend!

IT’S ON!

We are very stoked to announce that we hit our minimum numbers and the 2024 Durango Derby IS HAPPENING!

We can’t thank ya’ll enough for rallying hard and getting signed up for this year’s event.

A couple things:

- PRIZES! Stay tuned to our instagram account. We will be announcing the full list of prizes and having a live-ish drawing for prizes. Everyone who registered before July 15th at midnight will be included in this drawing. Thanks ya’ll!

- We have re-opened online registration until Saturday, August 31st at NOON.

- Information on camping, and if we’ll be able to have it, is coming soon, stay tuned to your email inbox for more announcements.

In the mean-time, get fired up and start training. It’s going to be another killer year of heated racing in Durango.

One of our main goals with starting this event is to help support local and regional organizations that are getting more people on bikes and maintaining the awesome trails we’re so lucky to get to race on.

We’re super bummed that it’s coming to this, but due to low registration numbers for this year’s Durango Derby, we will be closing registration on Monday July 15th at 12am (midnight). Depending on what the registration numbers are looking like we will be deciding if this year’s race will go on as planned or be canceled.

As many of you know, this is a very complicated event to run, with lots of moving pieces, so we need to hit a certain number of participants in order to make it all happen. Thanks to everyone who has registered already.

Rally your friends and family, put a team together, and come out for some classic Durango mountain bike shredding!

With in the rear view, and new PR’s set on the road to Silverton, it’s time to hang up the curly bars and start sharpening those skills for the 2024 Durango Derby!

Registration is open, trails are dry, and it finally getting warm this year! Plus, stay tuned for an announcement coming soon for early registration benefits.

Get ready! Registration for ‘24 opens tomorrow, Monday Jan. 15th at 9:00am MST. Git in there or miss out on a really good time!

We also wanted to clarify that this race and format are designed to be fun for everyone. Yes, the PRO races are fast and get a lot of attention, but we also have tons of amateur competition and fun having between SOLO, TWO PERSON, and FOUR PERSON TEAMS.
