Meet Adjoa, another wonderful baker here at Serious Delights. Adjoa loves filling and painting the chocolate eclairs. Yes, we hand "paint" each eclair to perfection.

Adjoa thinks it's so cool that the same handful of ingredients can make so many different baked goods. She likes working for Serious Delights because learning new things is fun! She hasn't worked in a bakery and working with us "has been a welcoming envirnoment to learn"

Outside of work, Adjoa enjoys being in nature, watercolor painting, and watching movies. Fun fact about Adjoa: Her senior year of high school she was invited to be in a fashion show for a clothing brand (Akomplice) at the Denver 420 Festival. Adjoa is such a wonderful addition to our team and we're so lucky to have her.

Meet Claudia, our general manager and resident wedding cake decorator. Claudia is obsessed with decorating cakes, especially our chocolate cake and custom wedding cakes. She loves baking because it is scientific and methodical. She gets to use her brain, but it's still an active job. Tasting the fruits of the labor is the best part!

Claudia enjoys working for Serious Delights because Robert, the owner, really cares for his employees and gives us creative control. The structure and systems in place are phenomenal.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys baking! She can't get enough. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her beloved pug, practicing yoga, and skiing. Fun fact about Claudia: She really enjoys philosophy. One of her philosophical essays was selected for presentation at the Women's Philosophy Conference. It was one of the best days of her life!
