Thursday May 11, 2023, Scranton MMA will resume classes with the attached schedule with the first class starting at noon. For clarification purposes, the Basics Program covers essential Jiu Jitsu positions, techniques, and concepts, while the more advanced Fundamentals Program caters to all ranks and abilities. The latter expands on the initial course, delving deeper into core aspects and introducing situational training.
