Our 17-day training class will equip you with the tools, techniques, and knowledge you need to be financially successful with us as a Medical Call Center Sales Agent.

We are hiring Medical Call Center Sales Agents in our Dunedin office. Sales oriented individuals with a sense of urgency for helping people in need are encouraged to apply.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Nationwide qualified warm leads. No Cold Calling!!
Calls to patients about durable medical equipment covered thru their insurance
Does not require account management or project management
Does not require insurance license (This is not insurance sales)
Required Skills/Abilities:

Energetic, positive, and driven demeanor
Numbers and metrics driven for desired earning potential
Excellent critical thinking ability
Computer proficiency within of Microsoft Windows environment
Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
Patient, compassionate and dedicated
Problem-solving skills.
Open & receptive to coaching.

Sales oriented experience and/or contact center sales experience or background with cold calling, door to door, solar, cell phone, internet, canvasing, telemarketers or outside sales a plus.

Retail sales, restaurant servers, call center sales experience or a background in collections or debt are successful with us. Fast food background with a stable work history of at least 3 years with one employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
