I’m an experienced and credentialed professional, and have been working as a coach and mindful movement and Pilates instructor for over 20 years. I have this crazy varied background… I’ve been a synchronized swimmer, a professional action sports athlete, an international presenter, an entrepreneur, a professional mermaid. verwhelm or complete fear. All jokes aside, what led me to find all of those things was CONFIDENCE in KNOWING that I could make any of my dreams come true. In fact, that’s what self-confidence is…. “the desire to try”. Truth be told, I’ve been in your shoes. There was a part of my life where things were amazing. Confident, empowered, I had it all. But I’ve also been in a place where I felt lost. I felt like I didn’t have a direction, and I had lost my way. I reached this point after experiencing a major and emotional life change where everything I knew had to stop. I found myself wandering, existing, but with no purpose or plan. My anxiety and poor self worth ruled my life. But then I decided to make a change. I became bold. I stepped deep, outside my comfort zone. I looked at my values, and made a plan. Before I knew it, I answered the universe’s call, and found another once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that changed the trajectory of my life. From that point, I’ve created opportunites and happiness for myself in ways I’ve never thought possible. I found me. From this experience, I found my calling to help and use my skills as a coach. Finding your true self, establishing your confidence, and following your vision of yourself is reachable! As your coach, my role is to inspire, empower, and encourage you to live your best life through asking important questions, guiding you down your path, using movement as medicine, and helping you reach milestone goals.
