Coming off of the Juneteenth weekend, I reflect on what freedom means to me. It means letting go of anything that weighs our spirits and our physical bodies down. Freedom is moving towards your truth, peace, joy, & authenticity unapologetically.

Let’s be thankful for Freedom! Thankful for the resilience, determination, intelligence, talent, strength, passion, ingenuity, togetherness, community , family, friendship, faith, love, & hope which keeps us all forward moving continuously in an upward trajectory regardless of any circumstances thrown at us.

Carry the spirit of Juneteenth forward each and everyday. Let your lights shine & by all means, Let Freedom Ring!!!
