Job Description
Looking to hire a skilled "commercial apartment" cleaning technician ASAP. Jobs are located in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Paid weekly. Jobs will require knowing how to properly evaluate project and submit approval requests for additional services.
• Must have your own reliable transportation and own tools.
• Must have multi-family (apartment) resurfacing experience.
• Must be able to:
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen, bedrooms, restrooms, living room and any additional areas of a home
• Vacuum- with attention to detail in corners and edges
• Mop/Swiffer tile and wood floors
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers
• Dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
**** A COMPENSATED TEST CLEAN WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS!!!****
