Hurst Logistics in Lancaster, WI is looking to add to our team. We are looking for a 2nd shift warehouse worker.
Job responsibilities include:
-Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
-Unloading and checking accuracy of freight
-Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling materials; placing orders in shipping area.
-Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
-Provides quality service by following organization standards.
-Preserves safe and clean work environment.
-Completes reports by entering required information.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Secures warehouse by turning alarms on.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Hurst Logistics is looking for a full time diesel mechanic / maintenance person for our shop in Dubuque, IA. This position will be 40 hours per week with weekend hours available at times.
Job responsibilities include:
-Provide quality and cost-effective repair and maintenance of tractors, trailers, forklifts and other equipment to ensure a safe and efficient fleet of vehicles.
-Running diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions
-Inspecting vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts
-Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, and other associated parts
-Conducting field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown
-Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance
-Completing oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment and brake checks
-Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles
Skills and qualifications:
-Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system and the mechanisms of a diesel engine
-In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms
-Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment
-Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Keen attention to detail
-Basic knowledge of computer systems and other relevant electronics
-Proficiency in the use of diesel engine diagnostic software
-A valid driver’s license
-Good interpersonal skills
-Effective collaboration and communication skills
-Tools are provided, but having your own is a plus
