Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting field and office operations by securing necessary permits, communication progress with customers, creating accurate as-built drawings, and overseeing billing activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of handling multiple tasks across a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track the progress of multiple HDD projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with field crews, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings based on field redlines.
• Review field data and production reports to compile accurate project documentation.
• Assist in generating and submitting billing documentation, including progress billings, time and material tracking, and change orders.
• Maintain project files and ensure all documentation complies with company and client standards.
• Support project managers in scheduling, procurement, and coordination of permits and materials.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing and project status in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in underground utility or HDD projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Understanding of horizontal directional drilling and utility construction processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and utility maps.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when creating technical documentation and billing.

• Flexible schedule with work that can be done from home. Occasional site visits may be required.
