- 774 S 12th St San Jose is temp withdrawn for building an exit from inside the house to the side yard, a deck in the side yard and a door from inside the house to the basement, also a back gate from the side yard to the back alley. 2024 is a very good year for sellers and buyers. Sellers may work on selling without rushing because market will be better when interest rates will eventually be decreasing. Buyers do not need to over bid the prices, they have time to shop around and find their best suitable homes. Buyers should buy at a higher interest (better prices) and refinance later with interest rates are going down. This is the way to build equity from houses.
