Fujiwara is happy to introduce our newest dish, mazemen. Originating from Nagoya, Japan, mazemen is a broth-less noodle dish that is topped with chili oil and a variety of other toppings. Mazemen is deliciously enjoyed by mixing all the components together.
We will be coming out with 5 different flavors:
⁃ Curry Mazemen
⁃ Spicy Mazemen
⁃ Chashu Mazemen
⁃ Tan Tan Mazemen
⁃ Nagoya Classic Mazemen
