Z Works Design Build has been integrating green and sustainable technology in home design and construction in Austin and Central Texas area since 1997. Our custom homes feature rain water harvesting systems, solar panel and solar water heater installations, building materials such as ICF and SIPs, geothermal heating/cooling and site specific design. Construction drawings under way for a little big house in the City of Albuquerque. Now also licensed in New Mexico!

Z Works office building construction is moving forward. Posts were attached to custom made floor brackets. The very last of the trusses reused from a Texas turkey farm were raised to hold up the second floor.

ICF blocks for the exterior walls have arrived to the Z Works office site! Looking forward to seeing the walls go up!
