Recipe of the week: CHICKEN BANH MI

This recipe is special due to its unique blend of different flavors and cultural influences. The bánh mì, as its name implies, comes from Vietnam, but it reflects the influence of the French colonists who occupied this country from the late 1800-1954. The combination of marinated chicken, fresh daikon, carrot, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers on crusty baguette makes it one of the all-time sandwich greats!
