On Wednesdays, we wear pink. 💗
When one of our newer clients said pink was her favorite color, the other women in the group decided we should all wear pink to celebrate her first week. Of course, we couldn’t refuse.

What may look small is actually something we value deeply—women noticing each other, including each other, and creating safety through simple acts of care. We love the support our clients offer one another every day. This is how healing happens. 🧡💕

Before we were therapists, techs, and dietitians…
we were little girls learning how to navigate big feelings.

Now we hold space for women doing the same.
