Quick update from the Villages in Florida. Hurricane Milton did affect us here in the Villages but damage was minimal and I never lost electricity. We had very high winds and lot's of rain but no flooding. I am thankful that we made it through and the 55 pluser's who live in the villages got through this with minimal damage.

Ep188 is now live with Dr Wayne Gradman who discusses ways to keep yourself safe and avoid a falls. This is a very important topic for anyone 60 & over to start thinking about avoiding falls.
