Our instructors formally assess and conduct needs assessments for each swimmer, ensuring that learning Is achievable, sensory Integrative and fun. If you are looking to improve your stroke technique for all four strokes, streamline your starts and turns, become a more efficient swimmer, or drop your times, then our coaches can help you become a stronger competitive swimmer. We also offer private pool rentals for your personal training workouts.
