The most efficient way to contact Mitten Custom Rods regarding your special order is either through Facebook private messenger or by emailing our rod builders at [email protected]

Mitten Custom Rods requires a 50% deposit of the total bill prior to ordering custom materials. You will be notified immediately upon completion. The remaining balance is required 30 days from the date you were notified; if not paid in full prior to build. Furthermore, if you fail to pay the balance due within 30 days from notification of completion, your rod will placed for sale to the general public. There will be NO REFUNDS on any deposits.
