NASCAR Xfinity Series, and ARCA Menards Series East races! Dover is also home to the Firefly Music Festival, which was first held in July 2012 and hosted 48 national music acts over three days. Firefly has grown to an event that sees more than 50,000 each day, with more than 100 acts playing across multiple stages, earning a top-five U.S. Notable acts that have appeared at Firefly include Paul McCartney, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Outkast, The Black Keys, The Killers, Jack White, Kings of Leon, Imagine Dragons, Lizzo, Billie Eilish, Mumford & Sons and Post Malone.
