Milk St. Yard Sale + Gear Swap

We’re opening up the studio for a community yard sale and gear swap. Come hang, browse used music gear, trade with other local players, and check out what people are bringing through.
Visitors: $5
Milk St. Members: Free
Vendors: $20 to bring items to sell (setup a table)

We’ll have studio equipment for sale, and local musicians are welcome to bring gear, instruments, pedals, cables, records, merch, and other music-related items to sell or trade.

Country & Americana Impromptu Jam
This Wednesday | 6–8 PM | The Lounge
We’re trying out a new impromptu jam this Wednesday night focused on country, Americana, folk rock, bluesy ballads, southern rock, and sad cowboy sounds.
This will be a loose, low-pressure jam built around feel, groove, and listening. Bring a guitar, bass, fiddle, keys, harmonica, voice, or whatever fits the vibe. We’ll keep it casual and let the room shape the songs as we go.
Think: dusty chords, slow burns, twang, heartbreak, barroom grooves, and open-road energy.
$5 to join the jam.
All proceeds go directly toward supporting the studio and helping us keep trying more community-focused events like this.
Come hang, play, listen, and help us build something new.

Milk St. Studios is proud to support this year’s Cochecho Arts Festival.
As a home base for musicians in the Dover scene, we’re always excited to support the events that bring local music, artists, and the community together. The Cochecho Arts Festival is one of those summer traditions that helps make downtown Dover feel alive, and we’re grateful to play a small part in supporting it.
We’re especially excited to sponsor Jon Nolan & Good Company, the first band kicking off the festival this year.

Tuesday Jam Night is back at Milk St. Studios.
Come by, plug in, meet other local musicians, and jump into a room. Whether you’re looking to play covers, stretch out on something more freeform, or just get in the mix with other players, Tuesday night is built for making music with real people in real time.
