Members learn to apply the skills they have been taught to change unhealthy food behavior patterns and develop new ones. Our Traditional Program consists of food exchanges that provide a healthy diet, which includes a preparatory level, three levels for progressive weight loss, one level for stabilization, and one for maintenance. This program is a balanced diet consisting of foods from all the major food groups. the program limits the intake of refined sugars, sodium and caffeine, while providing adequate calories, adequate complex carbohydrates and allow more positive mindset to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight!
