Star⭐ Island🌊⛵ is my September Refuge. Star Island Yoga Retreat, like many other retreats and festivals has been canceled this year. But it lives on inside of us like me and my friend/co-teacher Julia in this photo a few years back.

September is when what the Earth no longer needs, "falls" away.
Trees shed their leaves, flowers, plants, and animals start to prepare for the colder months, and we can celebrate by coming home to our essence.
Find your essence, under all those layers you add, with all the teachings Yoga has to offer. Start by some outside physical movement and inner essence stirring to find your true rhythm.
Join me with my Outside Yoga Thursdays in September. 6-7pm.
Social distancing will be practiced, masks required until you settle on your mat.
